Position Summary

As a Proposal Coordinator at Vali Incorporated, you'll join our growing proposal team to support the creation of winning proposals for government customers. This role is perfect for someone early in their career—whether you just graduated or have a year or two of professional experience—who wants direct exposure to federal contracting and proposal development. Working directly with our Senior Proposal Manager, you'll learn the complete proposal lifecycle while building valuable skills in document coordination, project management, and client communication.

What You'll Do

• Gather and organize proposal materials, documentation, and technical requirements from internal departments and clients
• Support the Senior Proposal Manager with proposal research, database maintenance, and scheduling
• Assist in preparing proposals for federal government agencies, ensuring compliance with all submission guidelines
• Review and format proposal documents, verifying accuracy and consistency across sections
• Track proposal deadlines and milestones to ensure timely development and submission
• Coordinate communications between proposal team members, engineering teams, and clients
• Maintain organized records of proposal activities, templates, and past submissions

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
