About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Part-Time Sonographer to work 24–26 hours per week in our Overland Park, Kansas office. This position offers the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to quality women's healthcare. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, allowing you to plan your schedule around your personal commitments. As a sonographer with The Women's Healthcare Group, you'll be part of a collaborative, patient-centered medical team.
What You'll Do
- Perform obstetric and gynecological ultrasound examinations with precision and care
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort during ultrasounds
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to clinical standards
- Document imaging findings accurately in patient records
- Communicate professionally with physicians, nursing staff, and patients
- Support the clinical workflow in a busy OB/GYN practice environment
What You Bring
- Current ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification or equivalent credentials
- Proven experience in obstetric and gynecological sonography
- Proficiency with ultrasound imaging equipment and technology
- Strong patient communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team
- Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
