About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Berlin that is seeking a (Junior) Relationship Manager Investments to join their growing wealth management team. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, helping them navigate investment strategies and portfolio management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their wealth management career who wants to develop their skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing all questions related to wealth management and market developments with competence and reliability
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships through proactive service and consistent communication
• Identify individual client needs and recommend suitable investment products and strategies
• Keep clients informed about current investment strategies, market conditions, and portfolio rebalancing opportunities
• Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and technology
• Contribute ideas to enhance external communication and product development aligned with client interests
• Monitor global capital markets and stay current on economic and political developments

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial vocational training (ideally banking) or a degree in business/economics with a focus on finance
• Initial relevant professional experience in client advisory within the financial services sector
• Foundational understanding of financial products and various asset classes
• Active interest in global capital markets and current economic/political developments
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Strong customer service orientation and enjoyment of client interaction
• Structured, service-oriented work approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to empathize with affluent client segments through personal and professional experience
• Self-directed work style with strong prioritization skills and a hands-on mentality
• Comfort performing at a high level in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
