Senior Brand Manager:in vor Ort (Rent a Marketing Team)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential hospitality client in Hamburg seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead marketing operations on-site. This role is part of an embedded marketing team model, positioning you as the strategic marketing voice within the property while coordinating with our client's centralized marketing support infrastructure.

You will report directly to the property's leadership team and participate actively in departmental meetings, ensuring all communication, brand standards, and guest experiences are consistently delivered across every touchpoint. This is a full-time, on-site position with hybrid flexibility for coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual marketing plan in close coordination with property leadership and the central marketing team
• Attend weekly departmental leadership meetings to align on current campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Translate operational needs (occupancy, F&B promotions, spa offerings) into marketing initiatives
• Build and manage internal communication structures including staff newsletters, briefings, displays, and information boards
• Ensure all departments understand and support active campaigns, events, and content initiatives
• Coordinate closely with service, kitchen, spa, and reception teams on implementation
• Create briefings for centralized marketing teams covering campaigns, ads, content, website updates, and design needs
• Produce smaller graphic content and copy for social media, website, and internal displays using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
• Support photo and video production coordination at the property
• Develop and maintain on-site communication materials including POS displays, menu inserts, and QR information signage
• Review weekly KPIs and campaign results, preparing insights for property leadership
• Document activities, successes, and budget utilization on an ongoing basis

What We're Looking For

• Degree or professional training in marketing, communication, or hospitality
• Several years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism sectors
• Confident working with digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, email marketing, and website platforms
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or PowerPoint for producing marketing assets
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
• Strong communication and presentation skills with team-oriented mindset
• Passion for hospitality, brand building, and storytelling within guest-focused environments
• Fluency in German required; English proficiency valued
