Performance Creative Strategist – Social & Paid (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to develop compelling campaigns that transform complex financial topics into engaging, measurable advertising.

In this role, you will:

• Develop creative ideas, hooks, and campaigns for paid social channels, with a primary focus on Meta and TikTok platforms
• Translate successful social-first approaches to TV advertising, reimagining traditional broadcast channels with modern creative thinking
• Create new creative angles and challenge existing approaches through data analysis, audience insights, and systematic testing
• Analyze target audiences, their needs, and media consumption patterns to determine which messages resonate at different funnel stages
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams, data analysts, and creative agencies to derive and optimize creative assets based on KPIs
• Build testing frameworks for creative content and ensure learnings systematically inform future concepts
• Bridge the gap between data-driven performance marketing and creative strategy

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in creative strategy, creative conception, art direction, or campaign development, ideally within digital performance environments
• Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) with interest or experience in TV advertising
• Strong grasp of lead-oriented performance campaigns and audience psychology
• Ability to translate insights, data, and business objectives into clear creative strategies
• Curious mindset with willingness to test new approaches and question conventions
• Action-oriented approach—you think beyond presentations and proactively implement ideas
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher for internal and external communication
• Comfort using common English marketing and strategy terminology
