About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in the Kirchheim bei München area seeking an experienced Print Production Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing print operations and ensuring high-quality products are delivered efficiently and on schedule. You'll combine operational leadership with continuous process improvement while guiding a dedicated production team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the print and frame production team on a daily basis
• Monitor production workflows including quality control and process supervision
• Apply Lean methods (5S, continuous improvement) to increase productivity and process reliability
• Plan and coordinate personnel, machinery, and materials efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Take ownership for producing high-quality print and frame products
• Motivate and develop team members through active coaching
• Maintain and advance production and quality standards through visible, results-focused leadership

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Completed technical vocational training
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a production or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, planning, and quality assurance
• Excellent organizational skills with clear, reliable communication abilities
• Very good German language skills and solid English for daily work

Preferred:

• Professional experience or qualification in the printing sector
• Master craftsman (Meister), technician certification, or comparable qualification
