Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Koblenz seeking a Trainee Tax Advisor (m/w/d) for full-time or part-time engagement. In this trainee program, you will rotate through multiple specialist departments to gain comprehensive exposure to tax consulting and advisory work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements
• Assisting with financial accounting and payroll processing tasks
• Conducting research on tax and business-related questions
• Contributing to tax planning projects and corporate restructuring initiatives
• Analyzing and preparing business data and documentation

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates who have completed or are near completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Taxation. The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• Strong interest in tax, economic, and legal matters with a desire to understand the connection between theory and practice
• Motivation to learn, take on responsibility, and develop professionally and personally
• Careful, reliable, and independent working style with the ability to manage complex topics
• Long-term ambition to pursue a Master's degree or the German tax advisor examination (Steuerberaterexamen), with active support provided by the employer
• German language proficiency required for this role
