Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing beauty brand in Köln, and our talent team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development for a key category. In this role, you will:

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation through market launch for your assigned category
• Drive optimization and evolution of existing product lines through continuous evaluation and quality improvements
• Conduct in-depth market, trend, and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the beauty space
• Monitor and analyze product KPIs including sales, revenue, margins, and contribution margins to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across procurement, operations, brand, marketing, and sales
• Manage external partners including manufacturers, formulators, suppliers, and fragrance houses independently
• Transform market insights and customer feedback into successful product launches that resonate with consumers

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven Product Management experience in FMCG or beauty environments
• Strong expertise in skincare/skin care including formulations, ingredients, regulatory requirements, and textures
• Deep understanding of category management with passion for global beauty trends and consumer needs
• Analytical mindset with confidence handling product KPIs, margin calculations, and performance data
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Data-driven decision-making approach combined with creative trend intuition
