Product Designer UX/UI (m/w/d) – Digitale Gesundheitsplattform

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital health organization based in München. In this Product Designer role, you will:

• Design screens, user flows, and interactions for mobile and web applications focused on workplace wellness and preventive health
• Translate product requirements and business logic into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Create precise designs and specifications that serve as input for AI-supported, agile product development workflows
• Evolve and maintain the design language and design system
• Validate concepts through user feedback and iterate on designs based on insights
• Collaborate closely with product leadership and engineering teams
• Contribute ideas to shape the direction and evolution of digital products

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in product design and UX/UI for digital applications
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful user flows and polished UI craft; proficiency in Figma is required
• Ability to quickly understand complex business contexts and assess which solutions best achieve desired outcomes
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted workflows in product design
• Interest in health, prevention, and healthy lifestyle topics
• Strong communication skills, self-direction, and structured working style
• Experience working effectively in small, motivated teams
• Fluency in both German and English
