Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital health organization in Berlin. We're seeking a Junior Product Manager to join their product team and contribute to the development of consumer and medical applications that serve millions of users worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful health-focused technology while gaining valuable product management experience in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve the end-to-end user experience across consumer and medical digital products, from initial contact through long-term engagement
• Map and optimize user journeys across web and mobile platforms, identifying friction points and opportunities to deliver value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap for mobile and web applications
• Drive projects focused on new user growth, retention, and revenue optimization
• Perform quality assurance on product features and propose improvements
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM teams
• Build deep expertise in the product ecosystem and user base
• Maintain a growth mindset and continuously seek learning opportunities for yourself and the team

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of product management experience with digital products (e-commerce, games, education, or health sectors preferred)
• Personal interest in cognitive training and digital health products
• Degree in Design, Business Administration, Computer Science, Psychology, or similar field (or technical hobbies if from a non-technical background)
• Hands-on experience improving website user experience with ability to diagnose broken user journeys and propose solutions
• Strong user-centric thinking—you naturally ask "what is the person trying to do, and what's preventing them?"
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in or near Berlin
• Team-oriented approach with enthusiasm for supporting colleagues
