Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Graphic & Social Media Design

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a working student to join their social media design team. In this role, you will:

• Create visually compelling static and carousel posts for social media platforms across various industries and client accounts
• Perform basic video editing and content preparation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar short-form video platforms
• Design and optimize structured, visually persuasive presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Handle design requests from various departments including creator teams, strategy groups, and human resources
• Manage multiple parallel projects and ad-hoc tasks while supporting the core design team with day-to-day operations
• Serve as a visual interface between different teams within the organization

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a design-savvy student who can balance creativity with execution speed:

• Currently enrolled at a university or technical college in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Media Design, Visual Communication, or a comparable program
• Solid foundation in digital design with a strong sense of aesthetics, layout principles, and current social media trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Comfortable creating clean, structured presentations using Google Slides or similar tools
• Team player with enthusiasm for daily standups and collaborative work in a creative environment
• Very good German and English language skills required
• Bonus: Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion design
• Location: Berlin-based position
