Senior HubSpot Experte (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology agency seeking a Senior HubSpot Expert to join their Hamburg team. Our client specializes in complex CRM implementations and marketing automation for enterprise clients across diverse industries. This role offers the opportunity to architect sophisticated HubSpot environments and drive strategic impact for high-profile customers.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, implement, and optimize HubSpot setups across the complete customer journey
• Develop scalable lead management, lead scoring, and lifecycle models within HubSpot
• Build and continuously enhance complex workflows, automations, reporting structures, and CRM processes
• Support technical campaign execution including forms, landing pages, email sequences, and nurturing flows with clean tracking and reporting
• Manage integrations and interfaces (APIs, Zapier, n8n, native HubSpot integrations)
• Create reporting dashboards, attribution models, and KPI frameworks within HubSpot
• Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless alignment
• Provide strategic consultation to clients on optimal HubSpot utilization and sustainable scaling strategies
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and enablement initiatives for clients and colleagues
• Stay current on new HubSpot features, releases, and enterprise best practices

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of intensive, hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally in an enterprise environment
• Background at a specialized HubSpot agency or larger organization with complex HubSpot architecture strongly preferred
• Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise and Sales Hub Enterprise
• Understanding of HubSpot not just operationally but structurally (data architecture, governance, scalability)
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and cross-system automations
• HubSpot certifications are a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured, independent working style with high quality orientation
• Fluent German and very strong English communication skills
• Passion for strategic client consultation and taking ownership
• Strong technological affinity and enthusiasm for tool development
• Team player mentality
