Werkstudent (m/w/d) Projektmanagement – Glasfaserausbau

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential infrastructure organization in Köln that is expanding fiber optic networks across Germany. We're seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) in Project Management to support their rollout operations.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of smaller internal projects aimed at improving rollout processes, collaborating with IT, Finance, Technical, and Commercial departments
• Support system adaptations and accompany related process implementations
• Track milestones, tasks, and project progress while identifying deviations early
• Prepare evaluations, analyses, and decision-making documents
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for project meetings and management updates
• Assist in managing and coordinating external partners and service providers
• Accompany smaller repair and maintenance measures from commissioning through implementation
• Contribute to optimizing workflows and structures within project management

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Engineering, or a comparable field
• Interest in project management and technical rollout processes
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Enthusiasm for driving topics forward autonomously while maintaining overview of multiple tasks
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with internal and external contacts
• Team spirit, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset
