(Senior) Creator Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Berlin that specializes in creator and influencer campaigns. In this senior coordinator role, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and brand awareness
• Collaborate closely with key account management to ensure alignment with individual client strategies
• Manage projects end-to-end, including weekly client updates, meeting preparation and facilitation, and development of long-term client retention measures
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and derive strategic recommendations
• Take ownership of budget and margin control, managing costs and targets to ensure economic efficiency
• Serve as the interface between clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Oversee paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok to maximize campaign results

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable position
• Excellent communication skills and strong instincts for managing relationships with clients, creators, and stakeholders
• Proven experience in budget management and process optimization for efficient campaign execution
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, ideally with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns
• Strong diplomacy and sensitivity to skillfully manage competing interests
• True team player with a hands-on mentality, self-motivation, and passion for the creator ecosystem
• Fluency in German is essential for this role; English proficiency is a plus
