About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential social media marketing agency in Berlin that is seeking a Senior Creative to drive social-first campaigns across multiple platforms. Our talent team is looking for someone who can transform social intelligence insights into platform-specific content that resonates with audiences and drives performance.

In this role, you'll be the creative engine behind campaign concepts, working collaboratively with strategy, account management, content, and influencer teams. You'll leverage modern tools and AI to streamline creative processes while maintaining strong brand alignment across all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative social media concepts and campaign ideas tailored to specific platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat)
• Translate current social trends and insights into compelling social-first narratives for both organic and influencer/creator campaigns
• Write high-performing social copy, hooks, and scripts optimized for short-form content formats like Reels and TikToks
• Support the development and structuring of content formats for always-on and campaign initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on productions, creating prototypes (moodboards, storyboards) for quality assurance
• Utilize AI tools for ideation sessions and implementation while maintaining a data-driven approach to creative development
• Apply understanding of creative KPIs and testing methodologies to optimize performance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of creative experience with a clear focus on concept development and copywriting
• Strong instinct for social-first content and deep understanding of platform dynamics and trends
• Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) with excellent copywriting skills in both languages
• Hands-on mentality with a passion for testing and proficiency with creative KPIs and performance thinking
• Experience using AI tools for ideation and content creation
• Proficiency with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proven experience with influencer/creator campaigns and consumer brands

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with our recruiting team and will be competitive with the Berlin market for senior creative roles.
