Product Manager (m/f/d) Home Energy Solution (B2C)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cleantech company that is building innovative solutions at the intersection of energy management and electric mobility. Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead their home energy solution for the consumer market. This is a Munich-based role with flexible remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for a smart charging and home energy management solution, from concept through launch and ongoing operations
• Conduct customer research to identify needs and translate insights into product features that deliver exceptional user experiences
• Define product strategy to expand addressable markets and evaluate geographic expansion opportunities
• Coordinate all launch activities and maintain transparent communication with partners and internal teams
• Partner with home energy management technology providers to ensure seamless integrations, with initial focus on the German market
• Collaborate with technology, energy supply, and hardware teams to deliver smooth end-to-end user experiences
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding home energy solutions
• Monitor product financial performance and adjust roadmaps accordingly
• Track market trends, regulatory changes, competition, and developments in electric mobility and energy sectors to inform product decisions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Background in the energy industry, preferably managing B2C energy products
• Experience in home energy management, energy sector, or electric mobility
• Comfort working in rapidly changing environments and building new products from the ground up
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with managing competing stakeholder interests
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
• Team player with hands-on mentality and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in both German and English
