Outbound Sales Manager – Spain (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global business data platform with a strong presence across Europe, North America, and Asia. Our client is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to join their Hamburg office and drive international sales efforts across Spain and neighboring markets.

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on international rankings and awards projects. You'll partner with leading media organizations and work directly with multinational companies to close high-value B2B deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle for international projects, from prospecting to close
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with C-level decision-makers
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the European market
• Collaborate with prominent international media partners on co-branded initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project delivery
• Contribute to marketing concepts and go-to-market planning for new offerings

What We're Looking For

• University degree or equivalent business/commercial qualification
• Native Spanish (Italian is a strong plus)
• Fluent English – mandatory for this international role
• Proven B2B or corporate sales experience with a track record of closing deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive to exceed ambitious targets
• Experience working with multinational companies on cross-border projects
• Quick learner who thrives in a proactive, team-oriented environment
• Passion for sales and personal development in a fast-growth setting
• Experience using LLMs in sales processes is a plus

Location & Work Arrangement
