About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data analytics organization seeking a Junior Corporate Development Manager to join their team in Hamburg or Berlin. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives and contribute directly to company-wide growth planning. You'll collaborate with senior leadership on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional strategic projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of contact for strategically relevant initiatives across the organization
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure successful project execution
• Define strategic objectives and break them down into actionable workstreams
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new growth opportunities
• Connect ongoing initiatives with executive priorities and market developments to ensure alignment
• Prepare decision papers and presentations for senior management using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Design and facilitate strategic workshops with senior leadership and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a startup environment (internships and working student roles count)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to independently analyze data and derive clear recommendations
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and ability to critically assess and optimize analytical work
• Understanding of market and competitive trends
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement
• High initiative and commitment to quality work with structured, energetic work style
• Excellent English and German language skills required
