Performance Marketing Manager (d/w/m)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology company in their search for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their Berlin-based team. Our client provides digital solutions that help food and beverage businesses operate more efficiently, and they need a talented marketer to scale their customer acquisition efforts across the DACH region.

This role offers genuine ownership of paid performance channels with the autonomy to develop strategy, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth. You'll work in a hybrid environment with a collaborative, international team that values data-driven decision-making and fast execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid performance channels including Google Ads/SEA and Paid Social (Meta, potentially LinkedIn) for customer acquisition in DACH markets
• Manage campaign budgets, setup, tracking/attribution (GA4, conversion tracking), and regular reporting
• Collaborate closely with Content Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to align acquisition strategy with business goals
• Implement cross-channel tracking and attribution models to enable data-driven budget allocation decisions
• Reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) across Search and Paid Social while maintaining or growing lead volume
• Drive continuous conversion rate optimization initiatives across all performance channels

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in Search (Google Ads/SEA) and Paid Social (Meta)
• Proven track record of independently managing campaign budgets with clear results in CAC reduction and ROAS improvement
• Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and standard tracking/attribution implementations
• Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools
• Native-level German and business-fluent English
• Current residence in Berlin (hybrid work model with office presence required)
