Brand Proposition Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel technology company in their search for a Brand Proposition Lead based in London. Our client is a leading European platform transforming how consumers discover and book sustainable transportation options. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape brand strategy in a fast-growing digital business committed to environmental impact.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Proposition, you will own the exploration and development of consumer propositions across multiple markets, with particular focus on new product verticals and market entries. You'll have true end-to-end ownership from early insight through to launch, working at the intersection of brand, product, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Take an insight and data-led approach to proposition development, synthesising input from UX Research, Data Science, and Brand Insight to build clear customer segment understanding
• Lead briefing of new research initiatives, working closely with brand insights teams and monitoring external market and competitor landscapes
• Apply behavioural science thinking to shape and test hypotheses that sharpen propositions
• Serve as the voice of brand and customer within new business initiatives, informing how new propositions are defined, communicated, and launched
• Partner with country managers and local teams to understand market challenges and shape competitive solutions
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to develop and test propositions, helping prioritise roadmaps against business goals
• Work with senior brand managers, creative teams, and growth functions to establish execution guidelines and build organisational buy-in
• Define success metrics for each proposition, track product and marketing impact, and report results to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in tech and/or consumer-oriented industries, comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Track record of leading projects end-to-end and managing stakeholder engagement effectively
• Curious, analytical mindset with confidence developing hypotheses, briefing research, and using data to guide decisions
• Comfort managing and communicating with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Naturally organised with experience managing multiple propositions from development through delivery
• Strong familiarity with both brand and business performance KPIs
• Experience working within or alongside product marketing teams
• Helpful: exposure to AI tools and experience across international European markets
