About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking California-licensed mental health therapists who currently reside in Arizona. This remote position allows you to continue serving California clients via secure telehealth while living in Arizona—ideal for clinicians who have recently relocated but want to maintain their California practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients located in California through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care to individuals, couples, and families based on your clinical expertise
- Set your own availability and build a caseload that aligns with your personal schedule
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning according to professional standards
What We're Looking For
- Active California license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD required)
- Current residence in Arizona (or confirmed relocation plans to Arizona)
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care
- Comfort and proficiency using telehealth technology for virtual sessions
- Desire for schedule flexibility and autonomy in building your practice

Our client offers W-2 employment with complete administrative support including billing, scheduling assistance, credentialing, marketing, and technology management. Benefits may be available for eligible full-time clinicians. You'll also join a supportive network of remote clinicians while maintaining the flexibility to design your ideal practice.
Pay
Compensation is session-based at $80–$100 per session. Additional incentives may include referral bonuses and paid professional development opportunities. Final compensation details will be confirmed during the interview process with our client.
