About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential travel technology organization seeking a Sales Manager to expand their B2B partnerships across Brazil. This is a remote position offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape market presence in a dynamic, fast-growing sector.
The role involves a balanced mix of strategic partnership development, account management, and market analysis. You'll spend approximately 50% of your time traveling for client meetings, industry events, and relationship-building activities throughout Brazil and the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets within assigned Brazilian territory
- Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B travel partners including tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs
- Provide comprehensive system training and technical onboarding to new partners
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partners from initial contact through first transaction
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements, managing documentation and technical setup processes
- Monitor compliance with commercial terms and payment flows
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain detailed reporting through CRM and internal tracking systems
- Initiate and manage API integration opportunities with partners
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience within the travel industry
- Deep understanding of Brazil's travel market and B2B distribution networks
- Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
- Availability to travel up to 50% of working time
- Strong analytical capabilities with comfort using data and metrics to drive decisions
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for technology-driven solutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and work effectively across diverse cultural contexts
- Experience with API technology partnerships is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in Brazil; visa sponsorship is not available
