About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurance organization seeking a Licensed Sales Professional to build client relationships and grow their local presence in Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for sales-driven individuals to launch or advance their insurance career with comprehensive training and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by generating new business and expanding relationships with existing clients
• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources to build a strong pipeline
• Educate customers on insurance products including auto, home, life, and related coverage options
• Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients prepare for life's uncertainties
• Deliver professional, consultative customer experiences that build long-term loyalty
• Maintain accurate records and follow through on all customer commitments

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in a sales-focused career (previous sales experience is advantageous but not required)
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven follow-through and commitment to customer service
• Active insurance license for remote roles; unlicensed candidates will be considered for in-office positions

Compensation

This role offers base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Estimated total annual compensation ranges from $36,000 to $100,000 depending on performance. Comprehensive training is provided through the client's learning platform, and no prior insurance experience is required to start.
