About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential software organization in Munich that is seeking a Working Student to support their Sales Operations function. This is an excellent opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing sales processes while working in a flexible, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via written correspondence and telephone
- Maintain and update data in the CRM system (Odoo)
- Administer and onboard new customers in purchasing portals
- Process supplier questionnaires and maintain associated information databases
- Develop templates and handle translations
- Document and improve sales processes
- Support customer training initiatives
- Assist with annual conference logistics, including ticket sales and event support
- Collaborate on various projects across the sales team
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student in a business-focused or IT-related degree program
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
- Previous experience in a similar support or sales function is advantageous
- Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, occasionally demanding environment
