About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential software organization in Munich that is seeking a Working Student to support their Sales Operations function. This is an excellent opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing sales processes while working in a flexible, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via written correspondence and telephone
  • Maintain and update data in the CRM system (Odoo)
  • Administer and onboard new customers in purchasing portals
  • Process supplier questionnaires and maintain associated information databases
  • Develop templates and handle translations
  • Document and improve sales processes
  • Support customer training initiatives
  • Assist with annual conference logistics, including ticket sales and event support
  • Collaborate on various projects across the sales team

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a business-focused or IT-related degree program
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
  • Previous experience in a similar support or sales function is advantageous
  • Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, occasionally demanding environment
