(SENIOR) ACCOUNT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their partnerships team in Hamburg. In this role, you will serve as the strategic lead for key partnerships, proactively shaping the value and depth of these relationships to create sustainable connections within the organization's ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing individual growth plans for partners ranging from major brands to tech companies, acting as a catalyst to exceed shared objectives
• Managing the complete commercial cycle from strategic proposal development through price and contract negotiations to ensuring profitability across your partner accounts
• Taking ownership of complex partnership projects and ensuring seamless internal processes and excellent concept execution
• Coordinating collaboration across internal teams including content, events, and technology departments
• Maintaining relevant information in CRM and project management tools, analyzing performance results, and delivering strategic recommendations to leadership
• Identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to enhance communication materials, presentations, and strategic documentation
• Analyzing partner business models and recommending targeted measures based on your insights

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• Several years of experience in sales, sponsorship, or project management with a passion for collaborative work with brands, tech companies, and agencies
• Strong relationship-building skills with a solutions-oriented approach to creating sustainable client partnerships
• Data-driven and structured working style with proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and analytics platforms
• Solid command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Fluent German and English language skills for business communication
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
