Functional Consultant & Project Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is transforming enterprise automation through cutting-edge technology. Our client serves a global customer base and is experiencing rapid growth across multiple markets. We're seeking a Functional Consultant & Project Manager to join their expanding team in Germany.

This is a full-time position based remotely or hybrid from Germany or Austria, with comprehensive onboarding at the company's central European headquarters. Regular team collaboration is encouraged and financially supported.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to tackle technical challenges, adapt systems to customers' unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing infrastructure
• Serve as the client's trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure full realization of automation potential
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption
• Translate customer feedback into long-term product improvements to continuously evolve the platform
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent stakeholder communication

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage
