(Senior) B2B Marketing Manager*In (M/W/D) Lead Generation

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization in Hamburg seeking a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to drive lead generation for their exhibitor and partner acquisition programs.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to acquire new exhibitors and year-round corporate partners
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target companies and create tailored outreach strategies
• Build integrated campaigns that combine performance advertising and email marketing, ensuring owned and paid channels work together seamlessly
• Create and implement lead scoring models that distinguish sales-ready opportunities from general contacts
• Design nurturing sequences that guide leads from first touchpoint through to sales handoff along the buyer journey
• Write nurturing emails, campaign copy, and sequences yourself, striking the right tone for B2B audiences
• Serve as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring only qualified leads are passed to the sales team
• Take full ownership of landing pages and optimize conversion rates
• Continuously analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on real funnel metrics

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Several years of B2B marketing experience with proven success in lead generation
• Hands-on operational expertise in email marketing and performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads, etc.) – you've executed campaigns yourself, not just briefed agencies
• Deep knowledge of lead scoring and lead nurturing, preferably using CRM platforms like HubSpot
• Strong analytical thinking with decisions driven by actual funnel data
• Experience optimizing landing pages for conversion
• Ideally, understanding of partner and exhibitor logic in the events space
• Fluency in German (required for stakeholder collaboration and content creation)
