Werkstudent*In Data & Automation (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a working student to join their Data & Automation team. In this role, you will:

• Support the creation, preparation, and development of sales and partnership strategies and annual planning
• Analyze and prepare strategic partner objectives, identifying potential opportunities across the organization
• Analyze diverse data sources including CRM data and market research platforms, creating processes with evaluations and analyses to improve sales activities
• Research potential new industries, sectors, and contact persons
• Improve data quality, connect data across systems, and present findings in dashboard and presentation formats
• Research and evaluate the existing tool stack and best-in-class tools on the market
• Automate existing workflows and extract insights from data
• Work closely with sales, partnerships, and cross-functional teams
• Actively contribute your own ideas and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student at a German university in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or comparable field
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems
• Strong interest and understanding of automation and scripting tools such as make.com, Zapier, or n8n
• Initial knowledge of SQL or programming languages like Python or TypeScript
• Experience with Google Suite tools is ideal
• Analytical mindset with a strong eye for numbers, data, and facts
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
• Passion for identifying process improvements and deriving strategic conclusions from data
