Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by generating new business and expanding relationships with existing customers
• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources to build a robust pipeline
• Educate customers on insurance products that align with their needs and circumstances
• Serve as a trusted advisor in your community, helping clients prepare for life's uncertainties
• Deliver consistently positive and professional customer experiences
• Maintain accurate records and follow through on customer commitments

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in pursuing a sales career (previous sales experience is beneficial but not required)
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently and manage their own time effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex concepts clearly
• Demonstrated follow-through and reliability in professional commitments
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses

Pay
