Licensed Sales Professional (LSP) – Remote – SC

We are representing a well-established insurance agency seeking a Licensed Sales Professional to join their team remotely in South Carolina. Our client operates as part of a national insurance network and is looking for motivated sales professionals to help local customers protect their families and assets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing customers based on their evolving needs
• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources including referrals, community events, and digital channels
• Educate customers on insurance products including auto, home, life, and property coverage
• Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients prepare for life's uncertainties
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and follow-through
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in pursuing a sales career in the insurance industry
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and meet deadlines
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (licensing support provided)
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Must be based in South Carolina with active or ability to obtain SC insurance licenses

Compensation
