About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to deliver enterprise-scale solutions across multiple client engagements, working with one of the most widely adopted business applications platforms in the market.
We are looking for a consultant who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation, bringing both functional expertise and hands-on configuration skills to complex digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Analyze complex business challenges and design technical solutions aligned with architectural standards
- Lead and participate in client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into CE functionality
- Configure solutions using standard features and determine appropriate customization techniques when needed
- Support sales activities by creating client demonstrations and product showcases
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements documentation, design specifications, and deployment materials
- Coordinate and drive client solution testing, including developing test scenarios and scripts
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other business applications
- Provide subject matter expertise on implementation methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
- Foster strong client relationships and engage with stakeholders to ensure solution success
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of consulting experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM)
- Strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and provide detailed, reliable scoping and estimates
- Experience configuring solutions and determining when customization is appropriate
- Demonstrated skills in building integrations to external applications
- Experience translating business requirements into CE functionality
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement certifications (preferred)
- Ability to develop quality documentation including requirements, design specs, and deployment guides
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
