About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in the home furnishings sector, seeking a Working Student to support their Category Management team. This permanent position is based in Munich and offers hands-on experience in product selection, assortment planning, and performance analysis within premium lifestyle categories.

Responsibilities

• Support product selection processes for premium and contemporary brand partnerships
• Analyze category performance through weekly and monthly reporting cycles
• Conduct competitive landscape research across assigned product categories
• Contribute to assortment strategy development within defined categories
• Collaborate with experienced Category Managers to build curated product portfolios

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Management, or equivalent degree programme
• Strong interest in home and living products with an eye for trends and aesthetics
• Analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills
• Structured working style with high motivation and eagerness to learn
• Solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
