Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential client in the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a core role in building critical B2B platform modules that support compliance-heavy workflows.
- Develop and maintain core ERP modules including inventory management, batch order processing, digital prescription handling, and role-based dashboards across the full stack
- Build and maintain integrations connecting clients with third-party telemedicine platforms and shipping providers
- Ensure audit security, comprehensive logging, and GDPR compliance are embedded throughout the codebase—these are fundamental requirements, not afterthoughts
- Write maintainable, tested code and participate actively in code reviews to evolve development standards
- Keep scalability front-of-mind so the platform remains fast and stable as transaction volumes grow
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in the technology stack: React for frontend, Node.js (NestJS) for backend, and JavaScript/TypeScript throughout
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling
- Proven experience working with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks)
- Very good German language skills (required for this role)
