Diese Position bietet einen umfassenden Einblick in die organisatorische und inhaltliche Arbeit im politischen Betrieb sowie in die Planung großer Veranstaltungen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Schwerpunkt: Unterstützung bei Wahlkampfaktivitäten in NRW, Schleswig-Holstein und dem Saarland
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bundesvorsitzenden
- Mitwirkung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Veranstaltungen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner*innen
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Büroalltag
- Terminkoordinierung und -vorbereitung
Was wir suchen
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule sowie ein vorgeschriebenes Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen des Studiums
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Hohe Motivation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick zu behalten
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im politischen Betrieb und ein gutes politisches Gespür
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen

Vergütung
Das Praktikum wird in Vollzeit mit 39 Wochenstunden durchgeführt und mit 603,00 Euro pro Monat vergütet. Die Position umfasst anteilig 31 Urlaubstage (bei einer 5-Tage-Woche), flexible Arbeitszeiten, Homeoffice-Möglichkeit, ein bezuschusstes BVG-Firmenticket (30 € Zuschuss), kostenlosen Zugang zu InstaHelp sowie einen Krankengeldzuschuss.
