Werkstudent – Kommunikationsdesign (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential health-tech organization in München seeking a Working Student in Communication Design (m/w/d). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital environment where design plays a central role in customer experience and brand identity.

You'll work alongside designers, product managers, and developers in cross-functional teams, creating visual solutions that simplify complex topics and deliver consistent experiences across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design diverse marketing materials and digital content for website, online marketing channels, and campaigns
• Develop and implement graphic layouts in line with corporate design guidelines, particularly for social media and print media
• Perform professional image editing and create photo montages in close coordination with the marketing team
• Update, maintain, and prepare digital content and documents for internal and external communication
• Design, format, and visually enhance PowerPoint presentations and other presentation materials
• Create templates and design assets to ensure consistent brand communication across various channels

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university in Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable field with some practical experience already gained
• Strong sense for visual design and audience-appropriate communication
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, or comparable design tools, as well as Microsoft Office
• Reliable, independent work ethic with high quality standards
• Structured working style, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
• Very good communication skills in both German and English
