As Vice President, Marketing, you'll oversee comprehensive marketing strategy and execution across all channels. Core Duties

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals and market opportunities
• Lead and mentor marketing team members while managing departmental budget and resources
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all touchpoints
• Direct student recruitment and enrollment marketing campaigns that drive institutional growth
• Manage digital marketing, content strategy, and social media presence to engage target audiences
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for measurable results
• Collaborate with academic leadership and administration on strategic initiatives and institutional priorities

Who We're Looking For

• 10+ years of marketing experience with significant leadership and management background
• Proven success developing and executing institutional or B2C marketing strategies at scale
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign management
• Demonstrated ability with marketing analytics, data interpretation, and ROI measurement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic team leadership skills
• Balance of creative vision with operational excellence and execution focus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
