Key Responsibilities

• Consult with AAA members to understand travel preferences, budget, and scheduling requirements
• Research and book flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages using industry systems
• Provide travel advice, including information on destinations, travel insurance, and AAA member benefits
• Process ticketing and itinerary confirmations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle special requests, including group travel arrangements and complex multi-destination trips
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve travel-related issues professionally and promptly
