Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology consulting firm seeking an experienced AI Consultant or Senior AI Consultant to join their Munich-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence projects across diverse industries, implementing solutions that drive real business value for enterprise clients.

You'll be joining a collaborative environment where technical excellence meets strategic thinking, working alongside interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deploy AI systems that solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored AI solutions that address specific business needs
• Implement and integrate AI systems into existing enterprise IT infrastructure
• Design and develop technical prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and value
• Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring technical concepts to production
• Document technical processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical environment and constraints

Additional Senior-Level Responsibilities:

• Lead technically complex AI projects from conception through delivery
• Design innovative AI architectures for enterprise-scale implementations
• Evaluate emerging technologies and optimize existing AI systems for performance
• Provide technical advisory services to clients and internal stakeholders
• Create detailed technical specifications and conduct thorough code reviews
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
• Take on team leadership responsibilities, including personnel management for project teams

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or related field (strong to excellent academic performance)
• 1–2 years of professional experience for Consultant level, or 2–5 years for Senior Consultant level
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in business environments
• Strong knowledge of AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain
• Expertise in database systems including vector databases and graph databases
• Proficiency in Python with experience following enterprise development standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with confidence in client-facing situations
• Team-oriented mindset with high motivation, flexibility, and proactive communication style
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
• Very strong German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)

Additional Senior-Level Requirements:

• Extensive experience in team leadership and project organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects end-to-end

• Track record of staying current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape
