Supply Chain Scheduler

Valeo seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Scheduler to join our operations team in Highland Park, Michigan. In this full-time role, you'll coordinate logistics and production schedules to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Role Overview

As Supply Chain Scheduler at Valeo, you'll be responsible for planning and optimizing the flow of materials and products through our operations. Working closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams, you'll balance demand forecasts with inventory levels and supplier capabilities to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production and procurement schedules aligned with demand forecasts
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Maintain accurate records and reports on scheduling performance and metrics
• Use scheduling software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred
• Experience with demand planning, inventory management, or production scheduling
• Proficiency with ERP systems and scheduling software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with comfort managing multiple priorities
