About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Project & Operations Rework Support Working Student based in Oberschleißheim, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student to gain hands-on experience in service operations and project coordination within the clean energy sector.

You will work closely with an international service team, supporting rework project execution across Europe while building practical skills in supplier coordination, technical documentation, and operational follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support the rework team in coordinating and executing service projects across European markets
• Assist with project administration, documentation management, and data tracking
• Maintain project records, trackers, reports, and technical documentation with high accuracy
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners to follow up on open actions
• Help ensure rework activities are properly planned, documented, and completed on schedule
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and transparent operational reporting

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme
• Background in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and spoken English skills; German language ability is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent documentation capabilities
• Proactive communicator and collaborative team player
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently follow through on action items
• Interest in renewable energy, service operations, or project management beneficial
