Talent Acquisition Team Leader – Europe

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead their European recruitment function based in Munich, Germany.

In this strategic leadership role, you will build and guide the European recruitment capability, partnering with business leaders to deliver the talent needed for sustained growth across multiple markets. You will own the regional recruitment strategy, lead a team of recruiters, and establish scalable processes that drive hiring excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European recruitment strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Translate workforce plans into effective recruitment strategies and establish scalable processes across European markets
• Monitor recruitment performance, market trends, and talent availability to support strategic workforce planning
• Lead, coach, and develop the European recruitment team, setting clear KPIs and building high-performing capabilities
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for critical positions across Europe, particularly specialist and technical roles
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies
• Provide data-driven recruitment insights and regular reporting to leadership
• Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions within renewable energy and energy storage markets
• Strengthen employer brand across European talent markets through partnerships with universities, professional networks, and industry communities
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational organization
• Previous experience managing or leading a recruitment team
• Strong track record developing and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple European markets
• Demonstrated ability to recruit specialist, technical, and commercial profiles
• Deep understanding of European talent markets and recruitment practices
• Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment KPIs and analytics
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Experience in renewable energy, cleantech, or technical manufacturing sectors is valued
