Growth Engineer (Intern)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential climate technology company in Munich that is seeking a Growth Engineer Intern. Our client operates at the intersection of sustainability and digital infrastructure, working with manufacturing clients to drive environmental impact through data-driven solutions.

This is a full-time internship opportunity requiring a minimum 4-month commitment, based in their Munich office. The role is ideal for someone with entrepreneurial aspirations who wants hands-on experience building revenue functions from the ground up.

Responsibilities

As a Growth Engineer Intern, you will work across four growth functions: Growth Engineering, Growth Marketing, Sales Development, and Partnerships. Your work directly supports customer acquisition initiatives.

• Own and optimize the automated campaign workflow that qualifies and enriches target accounts, managing the pipeline for the sales development team
• Extend total addressable market (TAM) mapping into new geographies, maintaining current views of relevant manufacturers, associations, and registries
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking campaign performance and pipeline health, translating data into actionable insights
• Organize industry events end-to-end, including guest lists, invitations, logistics, and follow-up to generate senior-level conversations
• Draft content for company social media presence, maintaining content calendars for webinars, events, product news, and market positioning
• Work with automation tools (N8N, Clay), CRM systems (HubSpot), outreach platforms (Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and AI tooling to optimize go-to-market operations

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Fluent (C2/Native) German and business fluent (C1+) English
• Proven ability to interpret complex performance data and generate actionable insights that inform strategy
• Track record of independently identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks with measurable efficiency improvements
• Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently
• Strong systems integration mindset, able to bridge data analysis with technical platforms

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience with growth stack technologies: HubSpot, N8N, Clay, Lemlist, or similar automation and CRM platforms
• Experience managing a company or organization's LinkedIn presence, or writing experience with an established audience
• Commercial or operational role experience in a startup or scaleup environment

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €2,409 per month

This is a full-time internship requiring a minimum 4-month commitment. The position is office-based in Munich, Germany, with a start date as soon as possible. Preference will be given to candidates already based in Munich who do not require visa sponsorship, though relocation and visa support may be considered.
