Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential nonprofit organization based in München that is seeking a working student to support their IT infrastructure and cloud management team.

In this role, you will gain valuable insights into the daily challenges of managing IT infrastructure and cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting cloud and infrastructure management activities and reporting in day-to-day operations
• Working across different teams within the IT department to build comprehensive knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Cloud, servers and networks, and endpoint management
• Taking ownership of small, self-contained tasks with guidance and support from the IT team
• Contributing to various technical projects while developing your professional skills

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a student currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT Security, Digital Engineering, Data Science, Mobile Computing, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational skills with a professional demeanor
• An open, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of network technology and Windows and iOS operating systems, ideally with administrative experience
• A hands-on mentality and collaborative team player approach
• Attention to detail with the ability to work precisely under time pressure
• German language skills required for this position in München
