Unser Mandant sucht aktuell eine:n engagierte:n Werkstudent:in zur Unterstützung der Projektkoordination im Wärmepumpen-Bereich. Diese Rolle bietet dir direkten Einblick in operative Prozesse der Energiewende und die Möglichkeit, eigenverantwortlich mitzugestalten.
Standort: Berlin / Remote möglich
Verfügbarkeit: Mindestens 3, idealerweise 6 Monate (auch als Pflichtpraktikum möglich)
Arbeitszeit: Werkstudent:in, flexible Arbeitszeiten
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Projektkoordination mit Fokus auf zuverlässige Planungsprozesse
- Koordination von Baustellenterminen in enger Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Standorten
- Kapazitäts- und Terminmanagement: Überwachung von Kalendern und Abstimmung der Abläufe auf örtliche Gegebenheiten
- Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Teams, Standorten und externen Wärmepumpen-Partnern
- Begleitung von Baustellendurchsprachen als Ansprechperson
- Präzise Pflege von Projektdaten und Terminständen in internen Systemen zur Sicherstellung hoher Datenqualität
Was wir suchen
- Laufendes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Logistik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- Ausgeprägte Can-do-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, operativ anzupacken
- Begeisterung für die Cleantech-Branche oder Interesse an beruflicher Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit, bei parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten
- Flexibilität und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 3, idealerweise 6 Monate
