About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy technology client in Nürnberg. We're seeking a Working Student for Office & Feelgood Management to support daily operations and create a welcoming workplace environment.

This role offers 15–20 hours per week during semester (up to 40 hours during semester breaks) and provides hands-on experience in office coordination, employee experience, and event organization within a fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and furnishing of the new Nürnberg office space and showroom areas
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace preparation and hardware setup for new team members
• Coordinate daily office operations including mail management, vendor coordination, and operational support for the People Operations team
• Organize regular team events and activities
• Help create and maintain a positive, motivating, and welcoming work atmosphere for the entire on-site team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university with at least two semesters remaining
• Available for 15–20 hours per week during semester (up to 40 hours during breaks)
• Previous practical experience from working student positions, internships, or part-time roles in office management, events, HR, or service areas is advantageous
• Reliable, well-structured work style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, openness, and ability to maintain overview when managing multiple topics simultaneously
• High motivation for regular on-site presence in Nürnberg
• Very good German language skills required; English proficiency is a plus
