IT Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Vollzeit

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential nonprofit organization in München seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join their technology team. In this role, you will:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, providing first- and second-level IT support
• Administer IT hardware, applications, and identities throughout their complete lifecycle
• Define, document, and optimize IT processes across the organization
• Process incidents, service requests, and change management workflows
• Coordinate external service providers and vendor relationships
• Lead sub-projects and support broader IT initiatives
• Integrate and configure SaaS solutions and monitoring systems
• Maintain network infrastructure, including occasional on-site support at international events

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Completed technical training or degree with IT specialization
• Strong foundational IT knowledge and practical experience with Windows, Entra ID, SaaS platforms, networking, and IT Service Management gained through several years of professional work
• Willingness and interest in continuing education in IT security
• Availability for occasional business travel to domestic and international events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong organizational skills and ability to improvise when needed
• High resilience with conscientious, precise, and structured work approach, even under time pressure
• Excellent teamwork abilities, initiative, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills

This is a full-time, permanent position based in München with flexible remote work options.
