About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential biotech organization developing cutting-edge oncology therapies. We are seeking a Specialist in Production Planning and Scheduling to support their radiopharmaceutical clinical programs. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of patient clinical materials across active studies.
The position requires close collaboration with clinical operations, supply chain, logistics, and chemistry teams to coordinate patient dosing schedules and manage the end-to-end process from order receipt through shipment and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed study and site tracking for patient dosing schedules across all clinical programs
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for all aspects of patient treatment scheduling, including drug product order processing and manufacturing status updates
- Serve as key liaison between Clinical Site Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics, and Radiochemistry teams
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate potential risks to on-time delivery of patient clinical materials
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processes
- Collaborate with IT partners on modeling and scheduling simulation implementations
- Maintain and update study-level procedures for dose management
- Travel approximately 10% of the time
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical operations, materials management, or supply chain
- Independent professional who communicates proactively and effectively
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- High energy level with positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Action-oriented with hands-on approach to implementation
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and FDA regulations preferred
- Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in clinical settings a plus
