We are representing a leading social media and influencer marketing agency in the DACH region. Our client operates at the intersection of strategy, content production, creator partnerships, and data-driven campaign management, serving some of the world's most recognizable brands across lifestyle, consumer goods, and technology sectors. They are part of a global network with presence in over 20 locations worldwide.

We are seeking a Client Service Lead to join their Berlin team and drive strategic client relationships while leading a high-performing project management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a project management team while serving as the strategic point of contact for complex client projects
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies in collaboration with strategy and social media departments
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for high-budget client accounts
• Oversee operational and strategic client consulting at the highest level, ensuring successful execution of 360-degree campaigns
• Manage complex project workflows, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Leverage deep social media expertise to create value for the team and ensure clients receive excellent consultation and campaign execution

What We're Looking For

• Several years of leadership experience managing larger teams in client service or account management, ideally within a social media or digital agency environment
• Strong expertise in social media strategy development with extensive experience advising clients with complex requirements
• Pronounced strategic thinking ability and capacity to operate as a competent sparring partner with C-level executives
• Excellent communication skills, presentation strength, and confidence with clients, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly
• Experience managing large budgets and steering interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic agency setting
• Fluent German and proficient English for communication with international stakeholders
• Production experience is a strong plus
