About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction technology firm based in Munich that is embedding AI into every aspect of their operations and client delivery. This remote role has dual focus: driving internal AI transformation while building practical AI solutions for construction companies, project developers, and planning offices.

Our talent team is seeking an AI enthusiast who can bridge technical capability with real-world construction workflows, turning automation potential into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal workflows across sales, project delivery, support, and administration; automate them using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and relevant AI services
• Design and implement AI use cases for clients in the construction sector—intelligent document assistants for contracts and change orders, automated analysis of construction diaries and project reports
• Train colleagues and clients on AI adoption; establish prompt standards and usage guidelines to ensure AI tools deliver real-world value
• Embed data privacy, data quality, and responsible AI practices into every solution from the outset
• Monitor the AI market, evaluate emerging models and tools, and prototype relevant innovations for integration into the platform

What We're Looking For

• Genuine AI enthusiasm—you use AI tools daily, follow developments actively, and have built your own automations or prototypes
• Interest in the construction industry and a willingness to understand how work happens on-site and in project environments; prior experience in construction or real estate is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform; experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or comparable services is beneficial
• Analytical mindset to identify which processes are worth automating and which should remain manual
• Strong communication skills—able to explain complex technology clearly to executives and site managers alike
• Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
