About This Opportunity

As an IT Engineer, you'll join a specialized team responsible for identity provisioning, endpoint security, SaaS automation, and the technology infrastructure supporting clinical operations. This is a high-ownership role where you'll build systems that scale the organization without linear headcount growth.
Responsibilities
You'll own and evolve critical aspects of the internal technology platform, focusing on one or two areas based on your strengths and company priorities:
- Platform & Automation: Build and maintain internal provisioning systems, helpdesk automation, SaaS workflows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines; manage meeting room technology as a product across office locations
- Identity & Access: Manage employee lifecycle automation across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, and the SaaS ecosystem; expand role-based access models; ensure access reviews and least-privilege controls meet audit requirements; oversee SaaS procurement and license optimization
- Endpoint & SaaS Security: Administer Mac fleet management in Kandji with role-based blueprints and compliance monitoring; maintain zero-trust controls; support ISO 27001 certification and regulatory remediation
- Healthcare Professional IT: Support technology for clinical operations, including practitioner tooling, equipment, and specialized access controls
- International Expansion: Create repeatable IT processes for new market launches and integrate acquired entities onto standard platforms
What We're Looking For
Required Technical Skills:
- 4-5+ years in IT engineering, platform engineering, systems administration, or corporate IT with production system ownership
- Deep expertise in at least one domain: platform automation, identity management, or endpoint security, with demonstrated breadth beyond your core area
- Coding proficiency—you write Python, work with APIs, and submit pull requests to shared repositories as part of your workflow
- Structured troubleshooting methodology with attention to failure modes and safe rollback procedures
- Experience in regulated environments handling sensitive data, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or healthcare-specific standards)
- Automation mindset: you leverage AI tools effectively and instinctively identify opportunities to automate repetitive work

- Strong ownership and autonomy—you drive initiatives forward across organizational boundaries
- Excellent written communication for documentation-first culture where decisions are argued publicly and cross-functionally
